His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to sections 4 and 5 of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service Act, appoints Michel Coulombe of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Director of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service, to hold office during pleasure, for a term of five years, and fixes his remuneration and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($216,900 - $255,100).
