His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, sets apart for the use and benefit of the Tk'emlúps te Secwépemc, a band within the meaning of the Indian Act, as an addition to Kamloops Indian Reserve No. 1 in British Columbia, the land described in the attached schedule, consisting of 0.213 ha (0.525 acre).

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil met de côté à l’usage et au profit des Tk'emlúps te Secwépemc, une bande au sens de la Loi sur les Indiens, à titre d’ajout à la réserve indienne Kamloops n^o 1, en Colombie-Britannique, les terres délimitées à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquelles ont une superficie de 0,213 hectare (0,525 acre).
