His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, sets apart for the use and benefit of the Boothroyd Indian Band, a band within the meaning of the Indian Act, as an addition to Boothroyd Indian Reserve No. 13 in British Columbia, the land described in the attached schedule, consisting of 4.64 hectares (11.47 acres).

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil met de côté à l’usage et au profit de la Bande indienne Boothroyd, une bande au sens de la Loi sur les Indiens, à titre d’ajout à la réserve indienne Boothroyd n^o 13, en Colombie-Britannique, les terres délimitées à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquelles sont constituées 4,64 hectares (11,47 acres).
