His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and in accordance with the Nazko Indian Band Cut-off Claim Settlement Agreement, dated for reference the 1^st day of July, 1998, sets apart for the use and benefit of the Nazko First Nation, a band within the meaning of the Indian Act, as an addition to Umliisle Indian Reserve No. 4 in British Columbia, the land described in the attached schedule, consisting of about 1.555 hectares (3.842 acres).

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et conformément à l’accord intitulé Nazko Indian Band Cut-off Claim Settlement Agreement, daté du 1^er juillet 1998 à titre de référence, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil met de côté à l’usage et au profit de la Première nation Nazko, une bande au sens de la Loi sur les Indiens, à titre d’ajout à la réserve indienne Umliisle n^o 4, en Colombie-Britannique, les terres délimitées à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquelles sont constituées d’environ 1,555 hectares (3,842 acres).
