His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Traffic on the Land Side of Airports Regulations pursuant to

(a) section 4.9 of the Aeronautics Act; and

(b) section 2 of the Government Property Traffic Act.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Transports, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur la circulation du côté ville des aéroports, ci-après, en vertu :

a) de l’article 4.9 de la Loi sur l’aéronautique;

b) de l’article 2 de la Loi relative à la circulation sur les terrains de l’État.
