   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsections 5(1) and 6(4) of the Business Development Bank of Canada Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Industry of Edward (Ted) Gordon of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a director of the Board of Directors of the Business Development Bank of Canada to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, in the place of Jean Martel, effective December 11, 2013.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu des paragraphes 5(1) et 6(4) de la Loi sur la Banque de développement du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve la nomination, par le ministre de l’Industrie, d’Edward (Ted) Gordon, d’Ottawa (Ontario), administrateur du conseil d’administration de la Banque de développement du Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans, en remplacement de Jean Martel, à compter du 11 décembre 2013.
