    Whereas article 45(b) of the Articles of Association of Edmonton Northlands provides for the designation by the Government of Canada of one person as a Director of the Company known as Edmonton Northlands;

   And whereas article 74(a) of the Articles of Association of Edmonton Northlands provides that the Director designated by the Government of Canada shall also be a Member of the Executive Committee of Edmonton Northlands;

   Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry:

(a)  designates Kelly John McCauley of Edmonton, Alberta, as a Director of Edmonton Northlands to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years; and

(b)  designates Kelly John McCauley as a Member of the Executive Committee of Edmonton Northlands to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.

    Attendu que l’article 45(b) des « Articles of Association of Edmonton Northlands » prévoit que le gouvernement du Canada peut désigner une personne à titre d’administrateur de la société Edmonton Northlands,

   Attendu que l’article 74(a) des « Articles of Association of Edmonton Northlands » prévoit que l’administrateur désigné par le gouvernement du Canada sera aussi membre du comité exécutif de la société Edmonton Northlands,

   À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

a)  désigne Kelly John McCauley, d’Edmonton (Alberta), administrateur de la société Edmonton Northlands, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de trois ans;

b)  désigne Kelly John McCauley, membre du comité exécutif de la société Edmonton Northlands, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de trois ans.
