   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 10(1) of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board Act, appoints Kathleen Taylor of Toronto, Ontario, to be a director of the board of directors of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, effective October 27, 2013, in the place of Peter Hendrick.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu du paragraphe 10(1) de la Loi sur l’Office d’investissement du régime de pensions du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Kathleen Taylor, de Toronto (Ontario), administratrice du conseil d’administration de l’Office d’investissement du régime de pensions du Canada, à titre inamovible, pour un mandat de trois ans, à compter du 27 octobre 2013, en remplacement de Peter Hendrick.
