Whereas the Honourable Thomas M. Dunn, a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario, died on July 18, 2013, while holding that office;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to section 44 of the Judges Act, grants an annuity of $98,500 to Jacqulyn Dunn, survivor of the Honourable Thomas M. Dunn, effective July 19, 2013, and to continue during her life.

Attendu que l’honorable Thomas M. Dunn est décédé le 18 juillet 2013, alors qu’il occupait le poste de juge de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu de l’article 44 de la Loi sur les juges, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil accorde, à titre viager, une pension annuelle de 98 500 $ à Jacqulyn Dunn, survivante de l’honorable Thomas M. Dunn, payable à compter du 19 juillet 2013.
