   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Defence, pursuant to subsection 273.63(1) of the National Defence Act, re-appoints the Honourable Robert Décary, Q.C., of Gatineau, Quebec, as Commissioner of the Communications Security Establishment, to hold office during good behaviour, for a term of one month, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which per diem is within the range ($500 - $600), effective September 18, 2013.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Défense nationale et en vertu du paragraphe 273.63(1) de la Loi sur la défense nationale, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat de l’honorable Robert Décary, c.r., de Gatineau (Québec), commissaire du Centre de la sécurité des télécommunications, à titre inamovible, pour une période d’un mois, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération journalière se situe dans l’échelle (500 $ - 600 $), à compter du 18 septembre 2013.
