His Excellency the Governor General in Council, considering it is in the public interest to do so, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development and the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 66(8) of the Employment Insurance Act, changes the maximum percentage referred to in subsection 66(7) of the Act by which the premium rate may be increased or decreased from one year to the next to zero one-hundredths of one per cent (0.00%) for the year 2014.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences et du ministre des Finances et en vertu du paragraphe 66(8) de la Loi sur l’assurance-emploi, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, estimant qu’il est dans l’intérêt public de le faire, modifie le pourcentage maximal prévu au paragraphe 66(7) de la Loi selon lequel le taux de cotisation peut varier d’une année à l’autre à zéro centième pour cent (0,00 %) pour l’année 2014.
