His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration and the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, pursuant to subsection 38(1) of the Faster Removal of Foreign Criminals Act, chapter 16 of the Statutes of Canada, 2013, fixes the day on which this Order is made as the day on which sections 6 to 8 of that Act come into force.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile et en vertu du paragraphe 38(1) de la Loi accélérant le renvoi de criminels étrangers, chapitre 16 des Lois du Canada (2013), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe à la date de prise du présent décret la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 6 à 8 de cette loi.
