Whereas the Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, the Honourable Robert G. Richards, Chief Justice of Saskatchewan will be unable to act on September 7 and 8, 2013, from September 30 to October 2, 2013, inclusive, and from October 7 to October 10, 2013, inclusive, and it is therefore necessary that other persons be appointed Administrator for those periods;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to section 67 of the Constitution Act, 1867,

(a) repeals paragraph (t) of Order in Council P.C. 2013-830 of June 21, 2013;

(b) appoints the Honourable Ralph K. Ottenbreit to be Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective September 7, 2013;

(c) terminates the appointment of the Honourable Ralph K. Ottenbreit as Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, effective September 9, 2013;

(d) appoints the Honourable Robert G. Richards to be Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective September 9, 2013;

(e) terminates the appointment of the Honourable Robert G. Richards as Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, effective September 30, 2013;

(f) appoints the Honourable J. Gary Lane to be Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective September 30, 2013;

(g) terminates the appointment of the Honourable J. Gary Lane as Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, effective October 3, 2013;

(h) appoints the Honourable Robert G. Richards to be Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective October 3 , 2013;

(i) terminates the appointment of the Honourable Robert G. Richards as Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, effective October 7, 2013;

(j) appoints the Honourable Stuart J. Cameron to be Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective October 7, 2013;

(k) terminates the appointment of the Honourable Stuart J. Cameron as Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, effective October 11, 2013; and

(l) appoints the Honourable Robert G. Richards to be Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective October 11, 2013.

Attendu que l’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan, l’honorable Robert G. Richards, juge en chef de la Saskatchewan, ne sera pas en mesure de remplir ses fonctions les 7 et 8 septembre 2013, ainsi que du 30 septembre au 2 octobre 2013 et du 7 au 10 octobre 2013 et qu’il est donc nécessaire que d’autres personnes soient nommées administrateurs pour ces périodes,

À ces causes, sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu de l’article 67 de la Loi constitutionnelle de 1867, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

a) abroge l’alinéa t) du décret C.P. 2013-830 du 21 juin 2013;

b) nomme l’honorable Ralph K. Ottenbreit à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de la Saskatchewan durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 7 septembre 2013;

c) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable Ralph K. Ottenbreit au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan, avec prise d’effet le 9 septembre 2013;

d) nomme l’honorable Robert G. Richards, à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de la Saskatchewan durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 9 septembre 2013;

e) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable Robert G. Richards au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan, avec prise d’effet le 30 septembre 2013;

f) nomme l’honorable J. Gary Lane à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de la Saskatchewan durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 30 septembre 2013;

g) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable J. Gary Lane au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan, avec prise d’effet le 3 octobre 2013;

h) nomme l’honorable Robert G. Richards, à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de la Saskatchewan durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 3 octobre 2013;

i) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable Robert G. Richards au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan, avec prise d’effet le 7 octobre 2013;

j) nomme l’honorable Stuart J. Cameron, à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de la Saskatchewan durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 7 octobre 2013;

k) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable Stuart J. Cameron au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan, avec prise d’effet le 11 octobre 2013;

l) nomme l’honorable Robert G. Richards, à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de la Saskatchewan durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 11 octobre 2013.
