His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 3 of the Department of Citizenship and Immigration Act, appoints Anita Biguzs of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Deputy Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her remuneration and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($216,900 - $255,100), effective September 17, 2013.
