His Excellency the Governor General in Council,

on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to

paragraph 127.1(1)(a) of the Public Service Employment Act, appoints

Helena Borges of Nepean, Ontario, to be Associate Deputy Minister

of Transport, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her remuneration and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range

($188,600 - $221,800), effective August 12, 2013.

Helena Borges, de Nepean (Ontario), au poste de sous-ministre déléguée des Transports, à titre amovible, et fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (188 600 $ - 221 800 $), à compter du 12 août 2013.
