His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 3(1.1) of the Financial Administration Act, amends Schedule I.1 to that Act by striking out the reference to the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development in column II of that Schedule opposite the name of the Office of the Co-ordinator, Status of Women in column I of that Schedule and by substituting for that reference a reference to the Minister of Labour in column II of that Schedule opposite that name, effective July 15, 2013.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 3(1.1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil modifie l’annexe I.1 de cette loi en remplaçant, à la colonne II, la mention « Le ministre des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences » figurant en regard de la mention « Bureau de la coordonnatrice de la situation de la femme » de la colonne I par la mention « Le ministre du Travail ».

Cette mesure prend effet le 15 juillet 2013.
