His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 3(1.1) of the Financial Administration Act, amends Schedule I.1 to that Act by striking out the reference to the Minister of Health in column II of that Schedule opposite the name of the Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency in column I of that Schedule and by substituting for that reference a reference to the Minister of the Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency in column II of that Schedule opposite that name, effective July 15, 2013.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 3(1.1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil modifie l’annexe I.1 de cette loi en remplaçant, à la colonne II, la mention « Le ministre de la Santé » figurant en regard de la mention « Agence canadienne de développement économique du Nord » de la colonne I par la mention « Le ministre de l’Agence canadienne de développement économique du Nord ».

Cette mesure prend effet le 15 juillet 2013.
