His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 50(2) of the Parliament of Canada Act,

(a) terminates the appointments made by Order in Council P.C. 2011-591 of May 18, 2011, and

(b) appoints the Honourable Peter Van Loan and the Honourable John Duncan, members of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, to be members of the Board of Internal Economy of the House of Commons,

effective July 15, 2013.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 50(2) de la Loi sur le Parlement du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

a) met fin aux nominations faites par le décret C.P. 2011-591 du 18 mai 2011;

b) nomme l’honorable Peter Van Loan et l’honorable John Duncan, membres du Conseil privé de la Reine pour le Canada, à titre de membres du Bureau de régie interne de la Chambre des communes.

Ces mesures prennent effet le 15 juillet 2013.
