Whereas the Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, the Honourable John Klebuc, Chief Justice of Saskatchewan, will be unable to act effective June 24, 2013, and will retire effective June 30, 2013, and it is therefore necessary that other persons be appointed Administrator;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to section 67 of the Constitution Act, 1867,

(a) terminates the appointment of the Honourable John Klebuc as Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, effective June 24, 2013;

(b) appoints the Honourable Neal W. Caldwell to be Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective June 24, 2013;

(c) terminates the appointment of the Honourable Neal W. Caldwell as Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, effective June 28, 2013;

(d) appoints the Honourable Lian M. Schwann to be Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective July 2, 2013;

(e) terminates the appointment of the Honourable Lian M. Schwann as Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, effective July 8, 2013;

(f) appoints the Honourable Maurice J. Herauf to be Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective July 8, 2013;

(g) terminates the appointment of the Honourable Maurice J. Herauf as Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, effective July 22, 2013;

(h) appoints the Honourable Donna L. Wilson to be Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective July 22, 2013;

(i) terminates the appointment of the Honourable Donna L. Wilson as Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, effective July 29, 2013;

(j) appoints the Honourable Ted C. Zarzeczny to be Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective July 29, 2013;

(k) terminates the appointment of the Honourable Ted C. Zarzeczny as Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, effective August 5, 2013;

(l) appoints the Honourable Ralph K. Ottenbreit to be Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective August 5, 2013;

(m) terminates the appointment of the Honourable Ralph K. Ottenbreit as Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, effective August 12, 2013;

(n) appoints the Honourable Neal W. Caldwell to be Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective August 12, 2013;

(o) terminates the appointment of the Honourable Neal W. Caldwell as Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, effective August 19, 2013;

(p) appoints the Honourable Ralph K. Ottenbreit to be Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective August 19, 2013;

(q) terminates the appointment of the Honourable Ralph K. Ottenbreit as Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, effective August 26, 2013;

(r) appoints the Honourable Neal W. Caldwell to be Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective August 26, 2013;

(s) terminates the appointment of the Honourable Neal W. Caldwell as Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, effective September 7, 2013; and

(t) appoints the Honourable Robert G. Richards to be Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective September 7, 2013.

Attendu que l’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan, l’honorable John Klebuc, juge en chef de la Saskatchewan, ne sera pas en mesure de remplir ses fonctions à compter du 24 juin 2013, qu’il prendra sa retraite le 30 juin 2013 et qu’il est donc nécessaire que d’autres personnes soient nommées administrateurs,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu de l’article 67 de la Loi constitutionnelle de 1867, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

a) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable John Klebuc au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan, avec prise d’effet le 24 juin 2013;

b) nomme l’honorable Neal W. Caldwell à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de la Saskatchewan durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 24 juin 2013;

c) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable Neal W. Caldwell au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan, avec prise d’effet le 28 juin 2013;

d) nomme l’honorable Lian M. Schwann à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan afin qu’elle remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de la Saskatchewan durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 2 juillet 2013;

e) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable Lian M. Schwann au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan, avec prise d’effet le 8 juillet 2013;

f) nomme l’honorable Maurice J. Herauf à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de la Saskatchewan durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 8 juillet 2013;

g) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable Maurice J. Herauf au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan, avec prise d’effet le 22 juillet 2013;

h) nomme l’honorable Donna L. Wilson à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan afin qu’elle remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de la Saskatchewan durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 22 juillet 2013;

i) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable Donna L. Wilson au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan, avec prise d’effet le 29 juillet 2013;

j) nomme l’honorable Ted C. Zarzeczny à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de la Saskatchewan durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 29 juillet 2013;

k) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable Ted C. Zarzeczny au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan, avec prise d’effet le 5 août 2013;

l) nomme l’honorable Ralph K. Ottenbreit à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de la Saskatchewan durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 5 août 2013;

m) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable Ralph K. Ottenbreit au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan, avec prise d’effet le 12 août 2013;

n) nomme l’honorable Neal W. Caldwell à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de la Saskatchewan durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 12 août 2013;

o) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable Neal W. Caldwell au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan, avec prise d’effet le 19 août 2013;

p) nomme l’honorable Ralph K. Ottenbreit à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de la Saskatchewan durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 19 août 2013;

q) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable Ralph K. Ottenbreit au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan, avec prise d’effet le 26 août 2013;

r) nomme l’honorable Neal W. Caldwell à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de la Saskatchewan durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 26 août 2013;

s) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable Neal W. Caldwell au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan, avec prise d’effet le 7 septembre 2013;

t) nomme l’honorable Robert G. Richards à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de la Saskatchewan durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 7 septembre 2013.
