His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsection 115(2) and sections 121 and 131 of the Jobs, Growth and Long-term Prosperity Act, chapter 19 of the Statutes of Canada, 2012, fixes July 3, 2013 as the day on which sections 86 to 88, 91, 98, 116 to 119, 122, 129 and 130 of that Act come into force.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu du paragraphe 115(2) et des articles 121 et 131 de la Loi sur l’emploi, la croissance et la prospérité durable, chapitre 19 des Lois du Canada (2012), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe au 3 juillet 2013 la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 86 à 88, 91, 98, 116 à 119, 122, 129 et 130 de cette loi.
