His Excellency the Governor General in Council,

on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to

sections 12 and 15 of the Canadian Space Agency Act, appoints Walter John Natynczyk of Ottawa, Ontario, to be President of the Canadian Space Agency, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes his remuneration and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($216,900 - $255,100), effective August 6, 2013.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu des articles 12 et 15 de la Loi sur l’Agence spatiale canadienne, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Walter John Natynczyk, d’Ottawa (Ontario), président de l’Agence spatiale canadienne, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et d = autres conditions d = emploi conformément à l = annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (216 900 $ - 255 100 $), à compter du 6 août 2013.
