   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to section 3 and subsection 10.1(2) of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Act:

(a)  appoints Raj Shoan of Toronto, Ontario, to be a full-time member of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years;

(b)  designates Raj Shoan for the Ontario region, as established under subsection 10(1.1) of that Act; and

(c)  determines that Raj Shoan shall reside within 100 kilometres of the Ontario regional office;

effective June 3, 2013.

   Sur recommandation du ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu de l’article 3 et du paragraphe 10.1(2) de la Loi sur le Conseil de la radiodiffusion et des télécommunications canadiennes, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

a)  nomme Raj Shoan, de Toronto (Ontario), conseiller à temps plein du Conseil de la radiodiffusion et des télécommunications canadiennes à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans;

b)  désigne Raj Shoan pour la région de l’Ontario, établi sous le régime du paragraphe 10(1.1) de cette loi;

c)  fixe que Raj Shoan réside dans un rayon de 100 kilomètres du bureau régional de l’Ontario;

à compter du 3 juin 2013.
