Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable Peter A. Whitmore, juge de la Cour du Banc de la Reine de la Saskatchewan, soit nommé juge d’appel de la Cour d'appel de la Saskatchewan, et juge d’office de la Cour du Banc de la Reine de la Saskatchewan, à compter du 30 juin 2013.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that the Honourable Peter A. Whitmore, a Judge of Her Majesty’s Court of Queen’s Bench for Saskatchewan, be appointed a Judge of Appeal of the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan, and a Judge ex officio of Her Majesty's Court of Queen's Bench for Saskatchewan, effective June 30, 2013.
