Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable John K. Mitchell, juge de la Cour suprême de l’Île-du-Prince-Édouard, soit nommé juge de la Cour d'appel de l'Île-du-Prince-Édouard, et juge d'office de la Cour suprême de l’Île-du-Prince-Édouard, à compter du 1^er septembre 2013.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that the Honourable John K. Mitchell, a Judge of the Supreme Court of Prince Edward Island, be appointed a Judge of the Prince Edward Island Court of Appeal, and a Judge ex officio of the Supreme Court of Prince Edward Island, effective September 1, 2013.
