Sur recommandation du premier ministre, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable Robert J. Bauman, juge en chef de la Cour suprême de la Colombie-Britannique, soit nommé juge en chef de la Cour d'appel de la Colombie-Britannique, avec le rang de juge en chef de la Colombie-Britannique, à compter du 16 juin 2013.

Le Comité du Conseil privé recommande en outre que l’honorable Robert J. Bauman soit nommé juge en chef de la Cour d'appel du Yukon pendant la durée de ses fonctions à titre de juge en chef de la Colombie-Britannique.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advises that the Honourable Robert J. Bauman, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of British Columbia, be appointed Chief Justice of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia, with the style and title of Chief Justice of British Columbia, effective June 16, 2013.

The Committee further advises that the Honourable Robert J. Bauman be appointed Chief Justice of the Court of Appeal of Yukon during his tenure of office as Chief Justice of British Columbia.
