Sur recommandation du premier ministre, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l'honorable Frank N. Marrocco, juge de la Cour supérieure de justice, soit nommé juge en chef adjoint de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario, et juge d'office de la Cour d'appel de l'Ontario.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advises that the Honourable Frank N. Marrocco, a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice, be appointed Associate Chief Justice of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario, and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
