   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to paragraph 9(2)(a) and subsections 10(1) and 10(3) of the Budget Implementation Act, 1997, reappoints Kevin P.D. Smith of Burlington, Ontario, as Chairperson of the board of directors of the Canada Foundation for Innovation, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, effective June 18, 2013.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu de l’alinéa 9(2)a) et des paragraphes 10(1) et 10(3) de la Loi d’exécution du budget de 1997, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Kevin P.D. Smith, de Burlington (Ontario), président du conseil d’administration de la Fondation canadienne pour l’innovation, à titre amovible pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 18 juin 2013.
