   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to section 3 of the National Energy Board Act, re-appoints Kenneth Bateman of Calgary, Alberta, as a permanent member of the National Energy Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of one year, on a full-time basis, effective September 5, 2013.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur l’Office national de l’énergie, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Kenneth Bateman, de Calgary (Alberta), membre permanent de l’Office national de l’énergie, à titre inamovible pour une période d’un an, à temps plein, à compter du 5 septembre 2013.
