   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, in consultation with the classes of users mentioned in the letters patent, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(d) of the Canada Marine Act, appoints Emilio Frank Rigato of Thunder Bay, Ontario, to be a director of the Thunder Bay Port Authority, to hold office for a term ending June 5, 2016, in the place of Frederick John Stille.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, en consultation avec les catégories d’utilisateurs mentionnées dans les lettres patentes, et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)d) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Emilio Frank Rigato, de Thunder Bay (Ontario), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de Thunder Bay, pour un mandat se terminant le 5 juin 2016, en remplacement de Frederick John Stille.
