His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 7 and Article VII of the Schedule to the International Boundary Waters Treaty Act, appoints Gordon W. Walker, of Toronto, Ontario, as a Commissioner of the International Joint Commission for a term of four years.
