   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, after consultation with the Board of Directors of the Asia-Pacific Foundation of Canada and pursuant to paragraph 9(a) and sections 11 and 12 of the Asia-Pacific Foundation of Canada Act, re-appoints Carol Anne Lee of Vancouver, British Columbia, as a director of the Board of Directors of the Asia-Pacific Foundation of Canada to hold office during pleasure for a term of one year.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, après consultation auprès du conseil d’administration de la Fondation Asie-Pacifique du Canada et en vertu de l’alinéa 9a) et des articles 11 et 12 de la Loi sur la Fondation Asie-Pacifique du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Carol Anne Lee, de Vancouver (Colombie-Britannique), administratrice du conseil d’administration de la Fondation Asie-Pacifique du Canada à titre amovible pour une période d’un an.
