   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, after consultation with the board of directors of Canada Lands Company Limited, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, appoints Robert Alan Howald of Mississauga, Ontario, Senior Vice-President of Real Estate, to act as President and Chief Executive Officer of Canada Lands Company Limited to hold office during pleasure, until such time as a new President and Chief Executive Officer is appointed.

   Sur recommandation de la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux, après consultation du conseil d’administration de la Société immobilière du Canada limitée, et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Robert Alan Howald, de Mississauga (Ontario), vice-président principal des Biens immobiliers, au poste de président et premier dirigeant de la Société immobilière du Canada limitée afin qu’il puisse exercer ces fonctions à titre amovible, jusqu’à ce qu’un nouveau président et premier dirigeant soit nommé.
