His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health with respect to sections 1 to 19, 24 and 25 of the annexed Regulations, and on the recommendation of the Treasury Board and the Minister of Health with respect to sections 20 to 23 and 26 of the annexed Regulations, makes the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Regulations Concerning Prescription Drugs (Repeal of Schedule F to the Food and Drug Regulations) pursuant to

(a) sections 29.2 and 30 of the Food and Drugs Act;

(b) subsection 55(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act;

(c) subsection 19(1) of the Financial Administration Act; and

(d) section 101 of the Patent Act.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Santé, en ce qui concerne les articles 1 à 19, 24 et 25 du règlement ci-après, et sur recommandation du Conseil du Trésor et de la ministre de la Santé, en ce qui concerne les articles 20 à 23 et 26 de ce règlement, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant certains règlements concernant les drogues sur ordonnance (abrogation de l’annexe F du Règlement sur les aliments et drogues), ci-après, en vertu :

a) des articles 29.2 et 30 de la Loi sur les aliments et drogues;

b) du paragraphe 55(1) de la Loi réglementant certaines drogues et autres substances;

c) du paragraphe 19(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques;

d) de l’article 101 de la Loi sur les brevets.
