His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, pursuant to section 419 of the Jobs, Growth and Long-term Prosperity Act, chapter 19 of the Statutes of Canada, 2012,

(a) fixes the day on which this Order is published in the Canada Gazette, Part II, as the day on which section 413 and subsection 414(1) of that Act come into force; and

(b) fixes the day that is six months after the day on which this Order is published in the Canada Gazette, Part II, as the day on which section 418 of that Act comes into force.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Santé et en vertu de l’article 419 de la Loi sur l’emploi, la croissance et la prospérité durable, chapitre 19 des Lois du Canada (2012), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe :

a) à la date de publication du présent décret dans la Partie II de la Gazette du Canada la date d’entrée en vigueur de l’article 413 et du paragraphe 414(1) de cette loi;

b) à la date qui tombe six mois après la date de publication du présent décret dans la Partie II de la Gazette du Canada la date d’entrée en vigueur de l’article 418 de cette loi.
