His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 19(1) of the Customs Tariff, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Determination of Country of Origin for the Purpose of Marking Goods (Non-NAFTA Countries) Regulations and the Determination of Country of Origin for the Purposes of Marking Goods (NAFTA Countries) Regulations.
Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu du paragraphe 19(1) du Tarif des douanes, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur la détermination, aux fins de marquage, du pays d’origine des marchandises (sauf pays ALÉNA) et le Règlement sur la désignation, aux fins de marquage, du pays d’origine des marchandises (pays ALÉNA), ci-après.
