His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 23 of the Public Service Labour Relations Act, fixes the remuneration of David Olsen, Vice-Chairperson of the Public Service Labour Relations Board, for the period he is acting as Chairperson, at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 7 ($196,800 - $231,500), commencing on January 2, 2013, and until such time as a Chairperson is designated.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 23 de la Loi sur les relations de travail dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe la rémunération de David Olsen, vice-président de la commission des relations de travail dans la fonction publique, pour la période pendant laquelle il agit à titre de président, conformément à l ’ annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l = échelle GCQ 7 (196 800 $ - 231 500 $), commençant le 2 janvier 2013 et jusqu’à ce qu’un président soit nommé.
