His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to take the actions necessary to withdraw, on behalf of Canada, from the Agreement Establishing an International Science and Technology Center, done at Moscow on November 27, 1992.
Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise celui-ci à prendre les mesures nécessaires pour dénoncer, au nom du Canada, l’Accord portant création d’un Centre international pour la science et la technologie, fait à Moscou le 27 novembre 1992.
