   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, pursuant to subsection 6(2) of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation Act, appoints Robert P. Kelly of New York, New York, United States of America, to be Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, to hold office during pleasure, on a part-time basis, for a term of five years.
