   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour:

(a)   pursuant to paragraph 9(2)(b) and subsection 10(1) of the Canada Labour Code, reappoints Judith Frances MacPherson of Ottawa, Ontario, as Vice-Chairperson of the Canada Industrial Relations Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, on a full-time basis;

(b)   pursuant to section 12.04 of the Canada Labour Code, fixes her remuneration at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 6 ($171,100 - $201,200); and

(c)   pursuant to section 117 of the Canada Labour Code, orders that Judith Frances MacPherson be deemed to be employed in the Public Service for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act.

 Sur recommandation de la ministre du Travail, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

a)  en vertu de l’alinéa 9(2)b) et des paragraphes 10(1) et 12(1) du Code canadien du travail, renouvelle le mandat de Judith Frances MacPherson, d’Ottawa (Ontario), vice-présidente du Conseil canadien des relations industrielles, à titre inamovible pour une période de trois ans, à temps plein;

b)  en vertu de l’article 12.04 du Code canadien du travail, fixe sa rémunération au taux spécifié à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (171 100 $ - 201 200 $);

c)  en vertu de l’article 117 du Code canadien du travail, ordonne que Judith Frances MacPherson soit réputée faire partie de la fonction publique pour l’application de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique.
