   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, after consultation with the organizations representative of employers, pursuant to paragraph 9(2)(c) and subsections 10(2) of the Canada Labour Code, appoints Richard Georg Rolf Brabander of Westmount, Quebec, to be a full-time member of the Canada Industrial Relations Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, effective May 6, 2013.

   Sur recommandation de la ministre du Travail, après consultation des organisations représentant des employeurs, et en vertu de l’alinéa 9(2)c) et du paragraphe 10(2) du Code canadien du travail, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Richard Georg Rolf Brabander, de Westmount (Québec), membre à temps plein du Conseil canadien des relations industrielles, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans, à compter du 6 mai 2013.
