                      Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to section 127, subsections 138(1.1) and (2), section 139, subsections 140(2) and 150(2), sections 151, 153, 154 and 193 and subsection 202(7) of the Excise Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Repealing Certain Regulations Made under the Excise Act.  

                      Sur recommandation de la ministre du Revenu national et en vertu de l’article 127, des paragraphes 138(1.1) et (2), de l’article 139, des paragraphes 140(2) et 150(2), des articles 151, 153, 154 et 193 et du paragraphe 202(7) de la Loi sur l’accise, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement abrogeant certains règlements pris en vertu de la Loi sur l’accise, ci-après.
