   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development:

(a)  pursuant to subsections 45(1), (4) and (5) of the Department of Human Resources and Skills Development Act, appoints Margot Mary Douglas Ballagh of Midhurst, Ontario, to be a full-time member of the Social Security Tribunal to hold office during good behaviour for a term of four years;

(b)  pursuant to subsection 45(2) of the Department of Human Resources and Skills Development Act, designates Margot Mary Douglas Ballagh of Midhurst, Ontario, to be Vice-Chairperson of the Income Security Section; and

(c)  pursuant to subsection 49(1) of the Department of Human Resources and Skills Development Act, fixes her remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 5 ($139,900 - $164,500);

effective May 6, 2013.

   Sur recommandation de la ministre des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

a)  en vertu des paragraphes 45(1), (4) et (5) de la Loi sur le ministère des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences, nomme Margot Mary Douglas Ballagh, de Midhurst (Ontario), membre à temps plein du Tribunal de la sécurité sociale à titre inamovible pour un mandat de quatre ans;

b)  en vertu du paragraphe 45(2) de la Loi sur le ministère des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences, désigne Margot Mary Douglas Ballagh, de Midhurst (Ontario), vice-présidente de la section de la sécurité du revenu;

c)  en vertu du paragraphe 49(1) de la Loi sur le ministère des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences, fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 5 (139 900 $ - 164 500 $);

à compter du 6 mai 2013.
