His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsection 163(1) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999, approves the Interim Order Modifying the Operation of the Passenger Automobile and Light Truck Greenhouse Gas Emission Regulations, made by the Minister of the Environment on April 12, 2013.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Environnement et en vertu du paragraphe 163(1) de la Loi canadienne sur la protection de l’environnement (1999), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve l’Arrêté d’urgence modifiant l’application du Règlement sur les émissions de gaz à effet de serre des automobiles à passagers et des camions légers, pris le 12 avril 2013 par le ministre de l’Environnement.
