His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to subsection 85(1) of the Protecting Canada’s Immigration System Act, chapter 17 of the Statutes of Canada, 2012, fixes April 29, 2013 as the day on which sections 4 and 6, subsection 9(2) and sections 30, 47 and 78 of that Act come into force.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu du paragraphe 85(1) de la Loi visant à protéger le système d’immigration du Canada, chapitre 17 des Lois du Canada (2012), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe au 29 avril 2013 la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 4 et 6, du paragraphe 9(2) et des articles 30, 47 et 78 de cette loi.
