   Whereas the Prime Minister has consulted with the Leader of the Opposition in the House of Commons and the leader in the House of Commons of each party having at least twelve members in that House;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 34 of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service Act, appoints the Honourable Deborah Grey, P.C., O.C., of Qualicum Beach, British Columbia, to be a member of the Security Intelligence Review Committee to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, effective April 22, 2013.

À ces causes, sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 34 de la Loi sur le Service canadien du renseignement de sécurité, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme l’honorable Deborah Grey, c.p., o.c., de Qualicum Beach (Colombie-Britannique), membre du comité de surveillance des activités de renseignement de sécurité, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, à compter du 22 avril 2013.
