His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister,

(a) pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(c) of the Public Service Employment Act, amends paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) of Order in Council P.C. 2013-72 of February 5, 2013 by replacing the words “May 3, 2013” with the words “June 7, 2013”; and

(b) amends subparagraph (d)(vi) of the Order by replacing the words “April 30, 2013” with the words “May 31, 2013”.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

a) en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)c) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, modifie les alinéas a), b) et c) du décret C.P. 2013-72 du 5 février 2013 en remplaçant les mots « 3 mai 2013 » par les mots « 7 juin 2013 »;

b) modifie le sous-alinéa d)(vi) du même décret en remplaçant les mots « 30 avril 2013 » par les mots « 31 mai 2013 ».
