His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(a) of the Public Service Employment Act, appoints Coleen Volk of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Deputy Secretary to the Cabinet (Senior Personnel), Privy Council Office, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her remuneration and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($188,600 - $221,800), effective April 29, 2013.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)a) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Coleen Volk, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de sous-secrétaire du Cabinet (Personnel supérieur), Bureau du Conseil privé, à titre amovible, et fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d = emploi conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (188 600 $ - 221 800 $), à compter du 29 avril 2013.
