 His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 7 of the National Defence Act, appoints Richard Fadden of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Deputy Minister of National Defence, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($272,000 - $318,900), effective May 13, 2013.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 7 de la Loi sur la défense nationale, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Richard Fadden, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de sous-ministre de la Défense nationale, à titre amovible, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (272 000 $ - 318 900 $), à compter du 13 mai 2013.
