His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsections 225.2(9) and 236.01(4) and sections 277 and 277.1 of the Excise Tax Act, makes the annexed Regulations Amending Various GST/HST Regulations, No. 4.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu des paragraphes 225.2(9) et 236.01(4) et des articles 277 et 277.1 de la Loi sur la taxe d’accise, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil prend le Règlement n^o 4 modifiant divers règlements relatifs à la TPS/TVH, ci-après.
