   The Committee of the Privy Council has had before it a report representing that a vacancy has occurred in the representation in the House of Commons for the electoral district of Labrador, in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, by reason of the resignation of the Honourable Peter Penashue.

   The Committee, therefore, advises that a writ do issue for the election of a new Member to the House of Commons for that electoral district, to be dated April 7, 2013, and that the polling be on May 13, 2013.

(Terre-Neuve et Labrador), en raison de la démission de l’honorable Peter Penashue.

    À ces causes, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande qu’un bref d’élection, daté du 7 avril 2013,

soit délivré en vue de combler la vacance à la Chambre des communes pour cette circonscription électorale et que le scrutin se tienne le 13 mai 2013.
